Pilgrim Services

The Pilgrim Service Volunteer serves as a Seton Heritage ambassador to the public. The volunteer will greet pilgrims to the Visitor Center and orient them while they are waiting for the next available tour.

  1. Commitment of Time
    Contribute at least two (2) four-hour shift (mornings or afternoons) every week or one (1) six-hour shift every other weekend
  2. Training
    Successfully complete a basic orientation and on-the-job training
  3. Special Skills
    Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Educational Program Services

The Educational Program Volunteer aids the Seton Heritage Discovery Programs Coordinator in creating and implementing educational and worship programs to attract pilgrims, provide cultural and educational experiences, and generate revenue.

  1. Commitment of Time
    Contribute at least two (2) four-hour shift (mornings or afternoons) every week or one (1) six-hour shift every other weekend
  2. Training
    Successfully complete a basic orientation and on-the-job training
  3. Special Skills
    Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Behind-the-Scenes Services

Behind-the-Scenes volunteers work throughout the Seton Heritage Ministries office, where they perform any number of jobs, from special projects and clerical work to philanthropy and marketing efforts.

  1. Commitment of Time
    Contribute at least two (2) four-hour shift (mornings or afternoons) every week or one (1) six-hour shift every other weekend
  2. Training
    Successfully complete a basic orientation and on-the-job training
  3. Special Skills
    Depending on the position, various skills are needed such as clerical, computer, and writing abilities
